FOOD PRODUCTION It is a platform where we teaches about different Cuisines and transforming the raw ingredients in edible food products.	FOOD AND BEVERAGE LAB This is Department where one can learn about different types of Cocktails and Mock tails and its preparation.

Eligibility Criteria for BHHA
As per the guidelines of MAKAUT, all students who have qualified Class XII (Science/Commerce/Arts) are eligible to take admission in BHHA.

Training & Placements
College organizes Technical Training Programs by Industry Experts for every student to upgrade their technical skills. This training helps the students to do their Minor and Major Project respectively. Department arranges various Workshops/ Seminars on recent technologies to make them self-reliant. Soft skills development and Aptitude ability Test (Tips and Tricks) classes are conducted by T&P Cell semester wise. Moreover not only depending on jobs, students may start their own initiative. Department arranges various training program on recent technologies to make them self-reliant. SIT has a dedicated Entrepreneurship Cell that nourishes the entrepreneurship ability among students.
