Winter Boot Camp - 2023
Siliguri Institute of Technology, Salbari, Sukna, Siliguri will be organizing a 03 days "Hands-on" Winter Boot Camp named "Ignition to Innovate" for high school students of ICSE, CBSE, ISC, WB board from 18th January to 20th January 2023. The winter boot camp will be first of its kind in the North East region wherein the students of class 11 and 12 will be given the opportunity to learn, enjoy and utilise the institute’s resources to innovate and practice the same. The camp will be non-residential. Siliguri Institute of Technology proposes the camp training followed by practical exposure.
* Number of seats are limited to 60.
* Interested students can submit their applications till 15th January 2023 or until the slots are available.
Areas of training will be
* “Build Your Own Robo” through Computer Science & Information Technology,
* “Learn about Powering the World” with Electrical Engineering,
* Art & Craft, Yoga, “Backbone of Civilization” through CIVIL Engineering, Gym,
* Learn Hands-on Electronics Step-By-Step by Electronics & Communication,
* College tour, Cook your story with Hotel Management & Catering Tech,
* Activity of Cricket/Football Academy, Design and Fabrication of Grills by Dept. of Engineering Science,
* “Business Quiz and Management Game-storming” with Bachelor of Business Administration,
* Hospitality and hotel administration with Hospitality & Hotel Administration Department
followed by cultural program.
